Privacy Policy



Bookings are made over the telephone direct with Diamond Limousines or by email. Our website is available to contact us with an enquiry only…. the ‘Contact us’ page does not constitute a booking. We will call or email you when we receive your enquiry to discuss your requirements, check the availability of the vehicle and offer a quote for the job.

A Booking Form will be emailed or posted along with the Terms & Conditions, upon receipt a deposit is required in order to confirm the booking, the booking will only be provisional until we have received your deposit payment of £100, which can be paid by bank transfer, please check that everything is correct.

Deposits/full payment will be non-refundable or transferable if cancelled by you and remaining balances are to be paid 21 days prior to hire.


Please note that our Limo Bus is licensed to carry a maximum of 15 passengers, in regulation with our Operators license from VOSA, we cannot exceed this number for any reason.

Diamond Limousines will endeavor to park and drop/collect where requested, however if our drivers feel that it is unsafe to do so due to the size of the vehicle, you will be dropped/collected as close to this point as possible.

The hirer is fully responsible for any/all passengers included in the hire.


Diamond Limousines will make every effort to adhere to timetables but will accept no responsibilities for delays due to traffic, adverse weather conditions. The vehicles will not go out in icy or snowy conditions, in the case of a hire being cancelled due to weather conditions a full refund will be given.

We build into our schedules a 30min ‘Grace’ period, which we believe, will eliminate us arriving late for a collection. Diamond Limousines will not be held responsible should this occur.

There is a maximum wait of 15 mins for any arranged pick-ups. The chauffeur has the right to leave after this time if the hirer deems to be late. (Any additional time that is required, the hirer will be charged £100 per hour payable to the driver before drop off)


We hold a zero tolerance policy involving minor’s consuming alcohol even with consenting adult’s permission. No alcohol is to be brought into the vehicle; any minors arriving at the vehicle in an intoxicated state will be refused entry.

In the event of an 18th Celebration. All passengers will be asked to produce photographic ID of proof of age.

The driver reserves the right to ask for proof of age.


NO SMOKING. It is illegal to smoke in any Public Service Vehicle. Thank you in advance for your co-operation and support.

No party poppers or confetti to be used in the vehicle

The consumption of food is not permitted in the vehicle

There is a £80 valet charge for any member of your group who is ill, spillages or soiling inside the Limo Bus payable in cash to the driver from the hirer as named in the Hire Agreement.

The hirer shall be fully responsible and liable for any damage caused both inside and outside the hired vehicle by the hirer or any member of his/her party. This includes any incitement to any third party, which results in damage to the vehicle or its contents.

The hirer will agree to be liable for the total cost of repair, in addition, the hirer will be liable to pay Diamond Limousines a fixed daily rate (determined by the company) while the vehicle is out of commission for repair, plus any further incurred losses to the company, ie loss of bookings.

The company or its representative (the driver) reserve the right to refuse entry to the vehicle to any person/persons deemed unfit for whatever reason and can refuse to continue the journey.

The customer agrees that if anyone in the party is found using illegal drugs, fighting, smoking, throwing objects, shouting out of the sunroofs, damaging the vehicle in any way, abusive behavior to the driver or any other conduct considered inappropriate by the chauffeur, all Diamond staff are under strict Instruction to terminate the hire immediately


In the unlikely event of a break down or the Limo Bus has been rendered unserviceable (for example a road traffic accident/collision) we will use our best endeavor’s to provide a backup vehicle or vehicles as quickly as possible. We cannot be held liable for any consequential loss incurred as a result of vehicle breakdown or similar unavailability. If a replacement vehicle is sent and or customers refuse a replacement vehicle no refund is due. If no replacement vehicle is available the refund will be limited to the amount paid to Diamond Limousines for the hire of the vehicle.


All forward facing passengers must be secured by a seatbelt

All passengers must remain seated at all times and do not distract the driver

An adult must accompany children under the age of 14

Care must be taken when entering the vehicle and exiting.

The doors are only to be opened by the driver

Do not attempt to exit the vehicle whilst waiting in moving traffic

Diamond Limousines cannot be held responsible for any accidents or falls that occur.

The driver will not take the vehicle he/she feels is hazardous either to others or the safety of the passengers.

Diamond Limousines will not be held responsible for any injuries sustained through broken glass.

CCTV is in operation internally and externally for the safety & security of the driver and the passengers.


The company cannot be held responsible for any personal items lost or stolen while the vehicle is under hire. Lost and found items can be returned to the rightful owners and will be subject to postage being paid by the customer or collection is available. No responsibility will be taken for items lost in the post;

Any found items not claimed within 3 months will be disposed of.
